Bir kurumun gerçek başarısının; toplumda, özellikle de geleceğimizin mimarı olan gençlerin hayatında bırakabildiği o kalıcı ve güzel izlerde saklı olduğuna inanıyorum. QNB Sigorta olarak, her yeni yaşımızı hem geride bıraktığımız başarılarla hem de topluma kattığımız değerleri büyüterek kutlamayı çok seviyoruz. Bu inancın en umut dolu, kalbimizi en çok ısıtan meyvesi de Çağdaş Yaşamı Destekleme Derneği (ÇYDD) iş birliğiyle yürüttüğümüz N.A.R. | Her Tanesi Bir Gelecek Projesi.

Geçtiğimiz yıl 18. kuruluş yılımıza ithafen 18 üniversiteli genç kızımızın gelişim ve dönüşüm yolculuğuna ortak olmuştuk. Bu yıl ise 19. yaşımızda 1 genç kızı daha dahil ederek umudu birlikte büyütüyoruz. Projemizin adını ve felsefesini oluşturan o üç temel adım, hepimize hayatları güzelleştiren sorumluluklarımızı hatırlatıyor:

N.A.R.: Ne İstediğini Duy, Alan Aç, Rehberlik Et.

1. Ne İstediğini Duy

Her genç kızın duyulmayı, fark edilmeyi ve hayallerine giden yolda fırsat eşitliğine sahip olmayı hak ettiğine inanıyorum. Projemizin ilk adımı olan bu aşamada, üniversite 3. ve 4. sınıftaki öğrencilerimizin temel eğitim ihtiyaçlarına kulak veriyor ve burs desteğiyle eğitim hayatlarına kesintisiz, güvenle devam etmeleri için yanlarında oluyoruz. Çünkü biliyoruz ki; hayallerin önündeki finansal engelleri kaldırmak, içlerindeki o potansiyeli özgür bırakmanın ilk şartı.

2. Alan Aç

Gençlerin okullarda öğrendiği teorik bilgileri, iş hayatının gerçek pratikleriyle birleştirmesinin ne kadar kritik olduğunu biliyoruz. Bu aşama, şirket olarak bizi en çok heyecanlandıran ve gururlandıran adımlardan biri.. Tamamen QNB Sigorta’nın gönüllü iç eğitmenlerinin uzmanlığıyla; Veri Okuryazarlığı, Mülakat Teknikleri, Çevik (Agile) Düşünce, Dijital Pazarlama ve Tasarım gibi geniş bir yelpazede eğitim programları düzenliyoruz. Gençlerin talepleriyle şekillenen bu buluşmalarla, iş hayatına başlamadan önce potansiyellerini parlatabilecekleri güçlü bir gelişim alanı sunuyoruz.

3. Rehberlik Et

Eğitim sürecinde verdiğimiz desteği, kariyer hayatına adım atarken somut fırsatlara dönüştürmek projemizin nihai hedefimiz. Öğrenci arkadaşlarımıza sağladığımız mentörlük desteğiyle, onlara iş dünyasının labirentlerinde yol arkadaşlığı yapmayı hedefliyoruz

Gelecek İçin Küçük Bir Adım Atmaya Var mısınız?

Büyük toplumsal değişimler ve başarılar; samimiyetle atılan, kararlı ve küçük adımlarla gerçekleşir. Bir genç kızın elinden tutmak, onun sesini duymak ve ona güvenli bir alan sunmak ilk bakışta küçük bir adım gibi görünebilir. Ancak tek bir adımın; bir hayatı, bir aileyi, bir toplumu ve nihayetinde geleceği nasıl değiştirebileceğini çok iyi biliyoruz. N.A.R. Projesi ile ektiğimiz tohumlar, işte bu küçük ama güçlü adımların birer sonucu... Bu proje bizim için sadece bir sosyal sorumluluk projesi değil, her yıl büyüyen bir iyilik ve dayanışma ailesi. Her bir genç kızın içindeki o benzersiz potansiyele, onun yaratacağı parlak yarınlara olan inancımızın bir ifadesi…

Bu dayanışma köprüsünü kuran ÇYDD ailesine, bilgi ve zamanlarını gençlerle gönüllü olarak paylaşan tüm QNB Sigorta iç eğitmenlerine ve çalışma arkadaşlarıma yürekten teşekkür ederim.

Peki, siz bugün geleceğimiz için nasıl bir adım atmak istersiniz? Türkiye’nin dört bir yanındaki çocukların ve gençlerin eğitim yolculuğunu desteklemek, onların hayallerine ortak olmak için ÇYDD başta olmak üzere bu amaca gönül vermiş değerli sivil toplum kuruluşlarıyla iletişime geçebilir, küçük bir bağışla ya da gönüllü mentörlükle bir gencin hayatında kelebek etkisi yaratabilirsiniz. Unutmayalım; yarınları değiştirecek o büyük dönüşümler, hepimizin bugün atacağı o "küçük adımlarda" saklı.

Through the N.A.R. Project, We Stand by Young Female University Students

I believe that the true success of an institution lies in the lasting and meaningful marks it can leave in society, especially in the lives of young people who are the architects of our future. As QNB Sigorta, we love celebrating each new year not only with the achievements we have left behind but also by growing the value we add to society. The most hopeful and heartwarming outcome of this belief is the N.A.R. | Every Seed a Future Project, which we carry out in cooperation with the Association for the Support of Contemporary Living (CYDD).

Last year, in reference to our 18th anniversary, we became a part of the development and transformation journeys of 18 young female university students. This year, in our 19th year, we are growing hope together by including one more young woman. The three main steps that form the name and philosophy of our project remind all of us of our responsibilities that make lives better:

N.A.R. (Ne İstediğini Duy, Alan Aç, Rehberlik Et): Hear What They Want, Create Space, Guide.

1. Hear What They Want: I believe that every young woman deserves to be heard, to be recognized, and to have equal opportunities on the path to her dreams. In this first step of our project, we listen to the basic educational needs of our 3rd and 4th year university students and support them with scholarships so that they can continue their education safely and without interruption. Because we know that eliminating financial barriers that stand in the way of dreams is the first condition for releasing the potential within them.

2. Create Space: We know how critical it is for young people to combine the theoretical knowledge they learn at school with real-world business experience. This stage is one of the steps that excites and makes us proud the most as a company. With the expertise of QNB Sigorta’s volunteer internal trainers, we organize training programs in a wide range of topics such as Data Literacy, Interview Techniques, Agile Thinking, Digital Marketing, and Design. Through these gatherings shaped by the demands of young people, we offer a strong development space where they can refine and strengthen their potential before starting their careers.

3. Guide: Turning the support we provide during the education process into concrete opportunities while stepping into career life is the ultimate goal of our project. With the mentorship support we provide to our students, we aim to support and guide them as they navigate the complexities of the business world.

Are You Ready to Take a Small Step for the Future?

Big social changes and achievements happen through sincere, determined, and small steps. Supporting a young woman, hearing her voice, and providing her with a safe space may seem like a small step at first. However, we know very well how a single step can change a life, a family, a society, and ultimately the future. The seeds we plant with the N.A.R. Project are the results of these small but powerful steps. For us, this project is not only a social responsibility project but also a growing family of goodness and solidarity. It is an expression of our belief in the unique potential within each young woman and in the bright tomorrows she will create.

I would like to sincerely thank the CYDD family who built this bridge of solidarity, and all QNB Sigorta internal trainers and my colleagues who voluntarily share their knowledge and time with young people.
